To be fair, my parents have blessed me with some pretty good genes - Both my parents are in their 50s and they are in great shape. But, there are two areas that I have severely dipped out in; the first are my feet (I have extremely chubby toes). The second is my back. "Fat back" runs in my dads side of the family and I have inherited this in abundance. This post, for me, is therefore more of a fitspo (fitness inspiration) post rather than a fashion post. I chose to do backs over feet for two reasons: (1) Backs are more inspirational for me because my back will be easier to work on than my toes (anyone know any good toe exercises?). (2) Posting pictures of toe cleavage isn't as attractive as the pictures that I have chosen.
