2. TRX Suspension Training. I am hooked!
TRX is a type of training that uses body weight, gravity and resistance to develop strength, balance and core stability. When I first saw this type of training (here) I actually thought "oh that looks fun and very do-able". How wrong was I. In my class the trainer has us doing some of the exercises shown in the video and trust me, they are almost impossible. I do ONE and crumble into a heap.
Anyway, if you get the chance I highly recommend that you try this out!
3. Embryolisse. The moisturiser of moisturising heaven. I got my dad to pick me up a tube of this while he was away on business and it is something else. I've been using it for about 5 months now and I don't think I could use anything else (which is awkward because I'm about to run out and it's not readily available in NZ). I'm not really good at the whole "beauty review" thing so I'll let the professionals do the work for me - Beauty blog Into the Gloss does a pretty good job here.
4. Great summer reads. With Christmas break coming up, I feel like it's time to put together a good summer reading list. To be honest, Harry Potter (yes all seven books) is my absolute favourite summer read of all time (don't judge me), but if you're not that way inclined I would also strongly recommend The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion.
